Our focus is on helping people to understand themselves better. We work with individuals, couples and families dealing with anxiety, anger, depression, grief, self-esteem, boundaries, stress and relationship problems.

We don't follow any specific approach or modality. We are a team of counsellors with different backgrounds, training and experiences. Our goal is to work with you in a supportive way to create an environment where you feel comfortable sharing and taking the steps that are right for your personal growth.

During Covid, we are offering both in-person and online video sessions.
